Nowadays the carbon fiber is used in its majority in the aeronautics and aerospace industries working as raw material for: planes, fighter jets, satellites, rockets and space probes.

For having the same mechanical strength of steel with only 1/5 of its weight, and also: radio transference, high resistance to corrosion, low coefficient of thermal expansion and other attributes; carbon fiber becomes the obvious choice of manufacture (total or partial) for other objects such as: reels, high-pressure tanks, contention systems for radio-therapy, running shoes, golf clubs, fishing sticks, bicycles, racquets, helmets, boats, cars or simply for its esthetic appeal in furniture, decoration and jewelry.

With the global market heated because of the high demand following the new line of planes of Boeing and Airbus, and with the current commercial policy convention from the producers of carbon fiber that requires the aeronautics and aerospace industries to have their demand supplied first (67%) , carbon fiber becomes more and more rare, valued and noble.
